Toasting a New Year

It's inevitable, the New Year's Resolutions. So why stress and fight it? It's time for a fresh start and a few simple steps and three fresh ingredients are all it takes for me to at least attempt to begin the new year with optimum health in mind.

Take fresh lemons and ice-cold water and drink, drink, drink! (Kinda like you did the champagne last night.) Apply four drops of Essential Oil of Lemon to forehead and wrists and breathe, breathe, breathe. Repeat as needed.

There now, don't you feel better already? Here's to a sunny and successful 2019 for us all!
